About The Conference

The role of university academic departments are pivotal and central. They are directly responsible for the university's academic output at all levels. Accordingly, heads and supervisors of the academic departments may well be seen as a head of an inverted pyramid owing to the active role they play in improving educational quality and their contribution to the national development by preparing capable graduates for the job market. The First Scientific Conference of the Heads and Supervisors of the Academic Departments (HSADC) at King Abdulaziz University focuses its attention on the Exit Exam and its role in the refinement of the educational process, and alignment with the job market towards achieving the Kingdom’s 2030 vision goals.
